The premiere of Eldar Atmurzaev's album, dedicated to his native land, people and its heritage - "Taucha Bircha"
The project included five compositions performed in the Karachai-Balkarian language. The poets and composers of the Caucasus made their contribution to the creation of the album: Alena Lokiyaeva, Zhanchyk Dautov, Timur Kitov, Mariyam Khabova, Muzafar Etcheev, Tamara Bittirova and, of course, the performer himself.
“These songs are about the beauty of my beautiful small homeland, about pride in my people, about my ancestors, about sincere wishes. The album has a common idea - the idea of goodness and creation, and it is in this mission that I feel myself. I think they are united by patriotism, love for their people, openness to goodness and love, a sense of pride in the cultural heritage of their people. “Native land is a golden cradle” - this is the phrase I would describe my album with!
