Makka Mezhieva performed a song dedicated to the guardians of the artistic traditions of the Chechen Republic - the State Dance Ensemble "Vainakh"
The history of the ensemble dates back to August 1939. Then, in the capital of Chechen-Ingushetia in the city of Grozny, a professional team was created - the Chechen-Ingush Song and Dance Ensemble. Nowadays, the ensemble is a Knight of the Order named after the first President of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia A.A. Kadyrov, holder of the Order of the Star of Jordan, laureate of the Government of the Russian Federation and winner of the Grand Prix of international competitions and festivals, regularly represents the Republic and the country at federal and international venues.
For 82 years, the artists and choreographers of the ensemble have been working to preserve the traditional dances and music of the Vainakhs, and present them with dignity to spectators around the world. People's Artist of the USSR, Hero of Socialist Labor, brilliant master of choreography, legendary dancer Mahmud Esambaev attended the school of the Vainakh ensemble, whose fiery solo was complemented by the premiere video.
