Eldar Atmurzaev performed an inspiring song-toast, parting words to future generations "Adet-Namys" ("Customs of Tradition"). Poems in the Karachay-Balkarian language were written by songwriter Mariam Khabova. Music composed by Eldar himself.
“This song is about the traditions and customs of the Karachay-Balkarian people,” says Eldar, “it’s practically a toast and an instruction from the elders to the younger ones, so that they honor and take care of everything that their ancestors left them. It also talks about the wedding, its adeta and their meaning, fun and human joy. In short, this song is about the covenants of the ancestors!”
