The premiere of the song of the musical group from the Republic of Dagestan "Bakhtavar" - "Sagrai Lezgiyar"
The composition, which was dedicated to the people who gave the world "Lezginka", was presented to our subscribers by the band's soloist and the songwriter, Amrid Kelechiev. The release "Sagrai Lezgiyar", or, in translation from the Lezghin language - "Long live the Lezgins", tells about the victories and achievements of representatives of the people, about its traditions and way of life, preserved over the centuries.
“This track is dedicated to the historically rich and one of the most respected people in the Caucasus,” says the band's lead singer Amrid Kelechiev, “I am proud to be born Lezghin and, like a true Lezgin, I respect all nationalities. In this song I wanted to show respect and love for my people, for my native land, so I decided to write a hymn for my fellow countrymen, entitled "Long live the Lezgins!"
The song says that we must love our language and not forget it, honor the traditions and customs of our ancestors, remember the exploits of our heroes. The text lists their names, as well as the names of the Lezgi regions.
