Philosophical work about life "Vokkha stag" ("Old Man") was presented on digital platforms by Ilyas Ebiev. A lyrical song in Chechen written by Uvais Sharipov tells the story of an old man remembering his youth, left alone in an empty mountain village.
“He lived his youth in the mountains,
People dispersed, devastated their beloved village.
Sitting on a stone in my yard, leaning on a crutch,
The old man sits sadly, looking into the distance,
But there is no one to be seen…,” the song says.
