“The song“ My Kabarda ”is written to the poems and music of Aslan Mamiev,” the performer shares, “from childhood I grew up on my grandfather’s stories about my homeland, Adyghe etiquette (Khabze), the need to respect and honor elders. I wanted to have a song dedicated to my homeland in my repertoire. When I read these lines for the first time, I immediately wanted to perform this composition, her words literally coincided with my ideas about Kabarda, Circassians and their traditions.
The main thing I hope for on the day of the premiere of the song is that the audience will like it. I would very much like to remind our generation through words and music about the traditions and customs of the Adyghe people ”.
