“My eminent grandmother Nina Khatagova-Ramonova made a beautiful contribution to the culture of the Ossetian people, she is: Honored Teacher of the RSFSR, Honored Worker of Culture of the RSFSR, Excellence in Public Education of the USSR. Her songs, melodies are dearly loved in Ossetia, many works are even considered folk, so everyone took them to heart for themselves.
So this melody "Ragon Khong" was written by Nina Khatagova-Ramonova, has long been loved by many, it is often performed by musicians.
Unfortunately, my grandmother Nina is no longer there, but people say: “a person is alive as long as memory is alive,” Azamat Sidakov shared.
