Mariana Kazanova made her debut at the Kavkaz Music project sites with the incendiary composition "Roza zakue" ("One Rose"). Written by a famous songwriter Anzor Haup song performed in Circassian
“This song is about a brave, bright girl falling in love with an indecisive, black-eyed guy who cannot unambiguously express himself and his feelings in words and actions,” says the performer, “the girl’s desire to see at least some act from a guy is so great that the heroine sings to him: “If you brought me one rose, I would look into your eyes and everything would become clear to me ...”, but, alas, the black-eyed guy does not dare to take any action, and the girl does not lose heart and relates to this story with irony.
I have long wanted to realize myself as a performer of national, ethnic music. Having decided to sing in the Kabardian language, I came to the composer Anzor Khaup and asked him to write for me a song that, in his opinion, would suit me and be organic with me. He wrote me "Rose Zakue" and I liked the project from the first notes. As a performer, I am more than organic in it.
I wish all listeners to show courage in everything that they have not decided for a long time! Sometimes determination is more important than luck. It is important not to miss the moment! ”Advises Maryana.
