An instrumental folk melody dedicated to the personality and exploits of Imam Shamil, authored by Timur Kitov, was released today on all digital platforms.
“Imam Shamil is an iconic figure in the history of Dagestan and the entire region as a whole during the Caucasian War,” says Timur, “the melody from a song about him became popular throughout the Caucasus!”
