Ossetian artist and musician Svetlana Melikova joined the artists of the Kavkaz Music project. As her debut single, Svetlana presented the traditional composition "Suadag honga" saturated with history and colors.
“I am glad to present you my musical composition, in which colossal work and many years of experience of my professional activity have been invested,” Svetlana shares, “this Ossetian folk melody was once processed and performed by the People's Artist of North Ossetia-Alania, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, legendary harmonica player Irina Mistulova. In memory of the luminary of Ossetian music, I dedicate my first composition to her with deep respect and sincere awe. The work is imbued with the spirit of the Ossetian people, where each note has found a place in the heart of the listener. I will be glad if in my performance this melody will find a response in your hearts.
