Day of Civil Concord and Unity
The Day of Civil Concord and Unity is one of the main holidays of the Chechen Republic. The decree on its celebration was signed in 2002 by the head of the regional administration, and subsequently by the first president of the republic, Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov.
